Keep Off the Sand! Achievement bug
Done this Achievement several times on Xbox and for some reason it is bugged on the pc version. I have nothing installed into Half Life2.

Also got an engine error IVP Failted at..\ivp_utility\ivu_vhash.cxx 157.
Got this at the end of Sandtraps after shooting down the helicopter got into car then error.

Did you have an internet connection when you made that achievment? Achievments can only be made when you have an active internet connection.

Same error here, but in Dangerous waters, just outside the garage whit a combine at the machine gun. Some objects fall trought the ground and the game chrashes with that error, not at a specific point, but very randomly. There's nothing at the support too about this problem.

Wonder why it is starting to happen now.
Over the years I must have completed Half life 2 many, many times and never got this error.

Happened to me when I got into the buggy after cubbage set piece.

Wonder if it was from one of the engine updates. There has been a few updates over the last few months.

I will try to help with this error if it's fixed by now then this has been updated or fixed.

One possibility is that you're actually supposed to use the rocks at the start of the area instead of Gravity-gunning pallets or sheet metal to form a bridge. It would also seem that the huge crates don't cost you the Keep Off The Sand achievement if you bridge with those.
