Global Achievement Statistics
How is it possible that according to the Global Achievements only around 30% of Half-Life 2 players have the easiest two achievements, that only require following the story?
Does this mean 70% of the people that bought the game didn't play it, or what's the explanation here? Can you "deactivate" achievements..?

it could also be because they were offline some of the time, i got the ahievement for killing DR.HACKS (brean) but i didn't get the one for getting a crowbar. you dont gat achievments when offline.

I think that's rather impressive. The achievements were added to HL2 in 2010 and 70% of the people who owned the game played it 6 years after it's release. That's Game of the decade.
