Route kanal glitch

ive got past it, but i was wondering if anybody had the same problem, whem running from the metro police, shortly after getting the pistol, the train come by on the tracks. but instead of passing, it just gets stuck and when you try to jump down to get past it you die as if you got hit by it. might just be me but idk it was annoying lol

you have to jump really far, and stick to the right side of the wall, and jump inot the little area with the crates and all, then you should be able to walk past it

Mmmh I might have misunterstood (hope not :3), but is that the one right after the first... 4 combine you kill? Where there is a ladder leading down to the rails? Because on that one you have to jump on the roof of the train once it stops to reach a nearby passage on the other side, and not go down and try to find a spot where you can cross the rails.

i know what part you are thinking of but no thats not it. im talking about the rails vefore you have to jump in the river, and meet the red train with the guy and vordagaunt in it

It seems to be a glitch. I have a theory (in the other thread about this glitch) that because of several events happeneing at once (the event when the combine pushes the barrel down the stairs triggers the train to move + other event triggers happening at the time) may be causing the train to not progress.

Mh, sorry, yes now I see the one. In that case I'm afraid I cannot be of any help =( To me it just worked fine. Maybe could be that there where some non-destoyable objects on the rails (such a non-explosive barrel) that stucks between train and force shield? But that's just a guess...

when you are facing the train, make sure to sprint jump to the other wall, then stick to the side of that wall until you m=reach the little hole in the wall with health and crates, from that point on you sould be able to walk down the rest of the wall without dying
