Communism doesn't automatically mean anti-freedom. You can work in a communitary environment and still have freedom.

I don't know from what kind of society you are from, but Valve are literaly communists. Their flat structure allowes them to decide on what to work, how to work and when to work. They have the freedom to choose with who to work, and to what degree. They act as a community, hence the word.
I didn't use the word communism politically, I used it as a mean to explain their work structure. There is a difference! :)
Communism means much more than what the West proclaims as the worst thing possible, when it comes to political structures.
