You don't really need a confirmation though, just look at the screenshots.
The character window is the exact same, the mastery system is still here, etc...
It's basically Titan Quest 2 with a different setting, and firearms.
I paid $60 for Diablo III upon release. . . . It was the only PC title I've ever paid $60 for, and I'm really quite ashamed to say that. They (Blizzard) pretty much sucker punched me with that game. Haven't found an ARPG that came close to either Titan's Quest or D2.
I've heard mixed things about Path of Exile as well, though I haven't gotten around to playing that yet. (huge backlog of games I actually put money down for : P )
Anyway, I'm interested in hearing from someone who's put time in with this game. Give us some pros and cons please!
It's in really solid shape so far.I really like it.
Head over to the Grim Dawn forums as there have been some decent updates of late and info just released about the new class and loot changes make for a good read.
You wont be disappointed getting early access.I have been burnt by quite a few early access games on steam and this one is the opposite.
I can see if you're really just . . . super excited for this game in particular (and I am, to an extent, but as stated before, I have too many other things on my plate right now)
I'll probably end up waiting then.
Quick question though, does this game have randomized maps ala Torchlight/Diablo? To be honest, I actually preferred the static layout that Titan's Quest pulled off. Randomization generally means just following a wall till it wraps around to somewhere of interest. . . . and I really don't care for that.
Dude, TITAN QUEST! Are you kidding about what makes it worth it?!? Almost every ARPG fan has been following Grim Dawn's development!
