Only black screen and cursor when trying to start up

When I start the game I get a black screen (tiny portion of my home screen is visible across the bottom). The cursor (pointing gloved hand) is visible but that is all. I am not very PC savvy so if theres a fix ill need details!

Run the repair utility, "Repair.exe" located in the Grim Dawn installation folder (usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common/Grim Dawn") and try again.

I have the same probleem i have run repair.exe

If you've run repair and it doesn't work, try updating your video driver (even if it doesn't say it needs it), run repair again, and restart your computer like 3-4 times. That worked for me when I was having the same problem and repair didn't fix it.

Same here after the last update mine played up..........Was a suprise as i had been playing the game Offline a minute or so before.But yeah after trying to launch and rebooting a few times it all came good....................

I disabled Anti-Aliasing and Anisotrop. Filter. That worked for me.
