Other than that, there are a lot of items in this game. Odds of getting "exactly" what you need is relatively low, and ultimately RNG(so one player might get it fairly fast, while another has to grind for several days or even weeks to get lucky).
What exactly do you want the Developers to do about it?
Getting your preferred loot easily and fast is what kills games such as this. Don't be a casual and don't try to ruin the experience for your selfish needs.
I ask again, what do you want the devs to do for you, exactly?
You'd be better off discussing particular loot drops or maybe talking about how many hours you have since AoM came out. For example, I'm still not really happy with some of the MI drops in the campaign - the trash mob MIs get rare affixes too infrequently and some bosses need to drop their MI each kill to make it worth farming them unless that MI is the only item you need.
