UnSetup.exe crash and UDK.exe crash on start up
I just got the game a few days ago.

When I go to start the game I get this notice ( http://i.imgur.com/jldsN9K.jpg ). Follewed by this notice ( http://i.imgur.com/9dVT3dq.jpg ). When I go to run UnSetup.exe I get this window ( http://i.imgur.com/oEfvZf0.jpg ). I have tried all the fixes documented in the forums and nothing has helped. If anyone would be able to help I would be really greatful, I don't want to have to ask Steam for a refund.

When I looked through the Launch.log I found this Error:

reinstalling physx manually worked for me

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Antichamber\Binaries\Redist\physx\PhysX-9.12.0613-SystemSoftware.msi

Hmm, it's just UnSetup crashing... which in turn causes UDK to crash because Epic Games think it's appropriate to crash instead of notify when UnSetup can't write the registry entries to indicate that you've accepted the EULA. Try running UDK.exe as admin by itself (no need to launch through Steam), and hopefully UnSetup wouldn't crash.

When I try that I get what you see in the third link I posted.

I don't believe this is where my problem lies, but I tried it and nothing still.

UDK.exe, not UnSetup.exe.

I've had this game for quite a while now, and it's always worked fine in the past. However just today when I tried to play it, I got this same crash error.

I'm actually having this issue with all of my games. Tried to run Dishonored and Tomb Raider, and they too crashed after playing through the Title Credits, before hitting the main menu.

This is happening to me with Antichamber, but not any other games. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Could it be a problem with the download file?

OK, let's solve this problem once and for all.

First, try to run UnSetup.exe. Set compatibility options so UnSetup.exe opens as admin. Open a Run box (Windows-R), clear the path, and drag UnSetup into it. Then type "/eula" as an argument. Run it. Hopefully it works.

If that doesn't work, I've made a Spartan program that sets the EULA acceptance flag in the registry so that UDK will stop trying to crash. Download https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/29365870/UnEulaLite.exe , put it in the same folder as UnSetup.exe, and run it as admin. Click on "Accept EULA", "Yes", and close it. That's all.

My commentary on the problem: the idiots at Epic Games can't bother to distinguish between someone using the UDK and someone using a game made with the UDK. A quick glance at the EULA seems to reveal nothing that's pertinent to the user of an UDK game. So their crappy EULA acceptance thing is just a hindrance to people who are just trying to play. If you want to blame anyone, don't blame Alexander Bruce, blame the incompetents at Epic Games. It's also entirely weird why a missing EULA flag would crash the game rather than yield an error.
