Don't look down
Ok, so I'm not looking down. I'm looking straight up. Jumping, walking forward. Makes no difference. What am I missing?

Have you gone absolutely everywhere in that room?

Are you sure?

Thought so, even tried walking out while looking up. Guess I'll have to try again.

Yes I'm sure. I just traced the walls while looking up and moved all around the room. Tried jumping/walking forward towards the "don't look down hole" to no avail.

Try again. Look for corners. Remember: there will be 4.

When you walk into the room, look up into the "don't look down" chimney. This changes the environment. if you look down, you'll see an eye glyph and the floor will crumble (this is one possible path). if you look no lower than straight ahead, you'll be fine, you can then look around the room and see what has changed for another possible exit.

So is it just the entrance? I have gone through the floor and through what I assume is the adjusted entrance, but my map still shows a path that I'm missing in the room.

Go into the room. Look up at the sign. Then walk back to where you came from without looking down.

That takes you to the "Taking Baby Steps" puzzle. There is still a 3rd way to go that I can't figure out.

the third way is the exit from another puzzle, can't reach it from the don't look down room

I've been walking around looking up for a while, thanks for clearing that up.

Yeah, I've been bashing my head against those walls for a while now! Thanks Ket

Really shouldn't have dug up a 1 year old thread (happy birthday antichamber, btw :D).

But yea, 60ish hours is quite a lot for not having finished the map or sign wall. By the time I had 68hrs playtime in Antichamber, I had already fully routed out the speedrun for all signs (and gotten the record at the time)
