It's utter crap, bought it thinking how much i will enjoy myself playing it, but there is no enjoyment inside, it's a long line of terrible puzzles and eye gouging graphics
trial and error all the way, very few puzzles are solved by using your brain

They aren't meant to be puzzles; it's a psychological exploration game, not a puzzle game. It's meant to mess with your perception of how games in general work, not play toward the same logic as other puzzle games.

If you're looking for a traditional puzzle game, don't bother. The puzzles and environments are more of an exploration on perspective and thinking waaay outside the box, to the point that some of the solutions are borderline nonsensical. A lot of people dislike the game because of this, and it's a reasonable criticism. If you enjoy the idea of running around in a bleak environment full of non-Euclidean challenges, though, go ahead. Just don't buy it expecting a puzzle game; it's about exploration and thinking in new ways, not logic.

IMHO it's totally worth it. For me, it's a mindbucking puzzle game. The kind of I totally enjoy.

PS: I actually hate most puzzle games around.

You really seemed to entirely miss the point of the game, it counters all the instincts you build up as a gamer and makes you think about things entirely differently.

Its totally worth it. $20 is too much. $15 is a fair price. $5 is a no brainer.
I completed the game a while ago, and enjoyed it pretty much.

Some of the negative responses are from trolls who haven't purchased the game it seems. I won't comment on their thoughts, this will only address those who seem legitimately bothered by their experience.

I strongly recommend this game. There are indeed some puzzles which can only be solved by testing how they work first(trial and error), but the solutions are not always random or chaotic. There is logic to the craziness. While exploration and poking at the inputs to see what happens is required, it need not be sufficient; one can see the pattern which emerges to solve the puzzle.

The end gets a little repetitious because it switches from all the non euclidian puzzles that challenge our spatial intuitions and relies on the game mechanic of the upgraded tool you get to manipulate matter. I wasn't bored by the time I completed all the main and side area puzzles but I could tell it would not be long.

Buy it.

I bought it. Too much faux Zen profundity. The Stanley Chronicles does a much better and much funnier job of examining video game tropes.

I wouldn't recommend it. The game starts of strong but quickly goes down the hill from there. Solving the "puzzles" is unrewarding and often leads to either a dead end or back to path you already went through. And not knowing if you can even solve a puzzle at any given moment or if you lack the proper gun for it doesn't help either.

It's quite easy to tell if you're able to solve any particular puzzle, the colors correspond to which gun you need.

Not really, I can think of one example where the cubes were green but you needed the red gun to fill out the empty space between them. And that's just one example I can think of off the top of my head. Not to mention the puzzles that dont have any of the 3 colors.

Whcich puzzle was that? I'm 100% sure you don't need the red gun for any puzzle. I've 100% the game with just the yellow gun.
