Critical: appError called: Couldn't launch ..\Win32\UE3ShaderCompileWorker.exe! Make sure the exe is in your binaries folder.
Every time I try to launch Antichamber, it crashes immediately after the Antichamber logo appears, and the Launch.log file shows the above error. I noticed the file doesn't exist anywhere within Antichambers folders. Validated files and Steam claims everything is ok...

Try some of the fixes listed on
Not sure exactly why this particular error is given, but you probably just need to install physx; it could be any of the solutions on that page though.

I'll check it out. I had recently installed the latest WHQL Physx driver (that was included with the GeForce 334.89 WHQL package), but if it's wanting to compile shaders I doubt Physx is the issue.
Thanks for the link.

Since it was complaining about compiling shaders (and since I don't have enough data allowance left to re-download Antichamber) I decided to delete the "Engine" folder in Antichambers root folder. Validated local files, downloaded a couple of megabytes, now it works.
I dare say my problem arose from using the DRM-free package base (so as to avoid re-downloading everything). Deleting the pre-compiled shaders seems to have done the trick.

Ah, yes, the version you download directly from the humble bundle website is a completely different filestructure than the steam version. This caused the savegame trackers/monitors created by the speedrunning community to be broken with the humble bundle version for now.
