game suddenly reset!
I opened antichamber up again after about a month, only to find that my save had reset all my progress! I was at the chase, so you can see why I'd be pissed off. help?

Don't know why your save would have been reset, but if you don't want to replay the whole thing, I could send you a save with the minimum amount of the map completed up until The Chase.
If you're able to find a picture of the map (or the sign wall) at about the amount of completion you had, then I could send you an exact save. (You could also list the sign numbers from this page[antichamber.wikia.com] that you remember having, and I could recreate it from the list of sign numbers)

I'm an Antichamber speedrunner, so it should only take me a few minutes to recreate your save from a reference image.

@LordCabessa Just as I said above, give me a picture of what your map sort of looked like (maybe black out rooms from this complete map[i.imgur.com] that you hadn't been to yet), and I can recreate your save. Alternatively, list all the numbers of the signs you had.

My game had also suddenly reset itself, and I am unable to fix this issue. I have gained all of the quotes and have ventured to nearly every single room (I'm missing a room nearby "Managing Resources" I think, but since I got all of the quotes, this may not be the case." Actually, could anyone tell me where the game backup saves are located? I wouldn't think my work was randomly thrown out the window, but rather, was less prioritized in place of a corrupted save (hopefully overwritten) (I tried messing with the "Logs" folder but that just keeps word documents of what happened in the game). If that is possible, I'd much rather delete any corrupted saves than have a person send me a map.

@HumanBeing101 Yeah sure, here you go: {LÄNK BORTTAGEN}

Download that, and place it in "%installdir%\Antichamber\Binaries\Win32\" (Replace the one that is currently there)

Edit: Seems I got the map and uploaded it before seeing your second post; if you still want this, then there it is.
There aren't really "backup saves" there's just the one SavedGame.bin

2Edit: This save isn't missing a room near Managing Resources, it is a full 100% save I already had backed up, although if you'd prefer I can go and create a save for you that is missing the couple rooms near there. It will take about an hour and a half while I wait for the timer to run out (timer unlocks sign #6). I have a backup of an empty save with the timer run out now.

It's fine, I can still explore the rooms and solve the puzzles there. I'll create a backup save for myself as well.

I actually just decided to beat the game again.
I beat the game (minimal completion). Could I technically back up my game if i copied my Saved Game.bin and pasted it into another folder? And if my game got wiped, would it work if I took my backup SavedGame.bin and pasted it back to its original location?

Yes, that works. That's how I have many multiple backups of various saves at different completion percentages.

Uh, if by minimum you mean the absolute minimum (speedrun standards, only green gun) to get to the credits, then nope. No real reason to keep a save for that as it only takes ~2-3min to get that save from scratch.

If you mean glitchless, intended route, minimum to get to the credits, then yeah, here: {LÄNK BORTTAGEN}

woah. only green gun? with glitches, I guess I can see that...now I have to look that up.
