another horror mod?

there should be another horror mod to where the screechers are in the city and you have to find survivors that may be armed or have another flashlight

STORY:
the Screechers have made it to a major city and are turning other people into Screechers you must find 7 survivors and make it to the evac point! (the survivors should come with extra batteries or a flashlight or a gun to fend off Screechers) the evac point would be at the roof of an insane asylum or something

GAMEPLAY: same as The Screecher but you have buildings to enter and survivors can be rescued by finding them twice, once to try to say hi the second time to say you wont hurt them.
survivors may be spooked but can be reassured

Sounds pretty awesome. But it looks complicated. Maybe this mod can be a top down view a bit like GTA 1 or 2, Pokemon style. Have you played rainbow 6 on the GBA. Maybe something similar to that.
