Cursor problems

Not sure if it's a framerate issue, but when I launch the game in forced windows, the cursor works fine on the title screen. When I play go to play the game, it is incredibly jumpy, rendering it unplayable. Anyone else have this problem?

i have cursor lagg and major fps drop even in the menu.
