If you mean to clean your rankings, records etc and start-over, I think you'll need a whole new steam account for that.

If you refer to the units in your Barracks (Proving Grounds), you can "dismiss" any unit but it's really not a good idea. Recruiting new units costs Renown... Unless, you have SO many units that there's no place for new ones (and you've already expanded your Barracks as much as possible -- I think its 9x9=81 the max number of units).

I don't know why people want to dismiss characters. It's just like wasting Renown; you don't get any back for dismissing them. I'd suggest doing that only if your OCD is soooo strong that you can't have that portrait polluting your Barracks :-)

i dont recommend dismissing units. you will most likely use that unit or upgrade it eventually, better to just buy barracks row
