Will this game be getting an update on its options menu?

Will this game be getting an update on its options menu? This question for the single-player as well? There's barely any options at all, and if you wanna know what I mean, watch TB's video on the game:

Factions is further down the road for updates & new features. However, a patch for the Single Player game (Saga) will be coming before the weekend, addressing multiple issues along with subtitles.

The issue of subtitle has been resolved? Where can I turn on the subtitles?

I am afraid there is no subtitles for Factions. The intro video is actually the same one as the single player game (The Banner Saga), that you can probably find online (youtube etc).
