Finding it hard to fire

I'll click my left mouse button, double-tap my touchpad. Most of the time, my robots won't fire. Anybody know how to fix this problem?

Hi Jonesy, that's a weird one. It it any particular type of droid or all of them? Can you use the Transfer beam reliably? Do you have any controllers plugged in? You said touchpad, are you playing on mouse exclusively, or touchpad, or a bit of both?

Turns out, the Windows 8.1 update set my mouse settings to disable after using the keyboard. That's why I couldn't move+fire. I fixed it; thanks!
