Losing Focus

The game will constantly lose focus causing me to have to alt tab back to it. The game isn't crashing just acting like I'm hitting alt tab all the time. Is there a way to stop this? I couldn't figure out a way to play it windowed mod which might fix this.

Well it seems that the game isn't holding the mouse within the boarders allowing me to click outside the game. I have seen another post about multiple monitors causing problems and I think this is the same issue.
