No clue with Print Spooler, just read the solution from the developer suggesting it in other thread.

Reboot done ofc.

Specs shouldn't be needed... but sure.
Computer 1.
Windows 8 x64
I5 2500K
16GB RAM
2x120GB Intel 520SSD
Nvidia GTX460

Computer 2.
Windows 7 x64
I7 Ivy Bridge, don't remember model.
32GB RAM
2x120GB Intel 520 SSD
Nvidia GTX670.

I have over 800 games combined on two steam-accounts and so far this is first game not starting at all!

Sure Steam say they don't do refunds... but when game ain't even starting they should.

I have 300+ Steam games and this is probably my second game in years that outright won't work (the first was caused by my resolution) and I almost tried for a refund on this one but it worked after two reboots for no good reason. With so many people having issues in this forum and no response from the developers, I'd say it should be refundable.

My specs were:

Windows 7 x64 w/SP1
2 x Xeon X5650 (12 cores combined)
32 GB RAM
AMD HD7900 something
Lots of SSD's

Out of what we share, I'm wondering if it's either the amount of RAM we have or the cores we have. Wonder if you run it on single core?

I can confirm removing KB23737084 got it working for me.

Still I feel game should support this KB since it's a security issue being without it.... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2737084
