Game crashes / freezes

Hello, am I the only one who has the game freezing every 10-15 min???
The game start beeing slow and then freezes...i have to turn off my psu because nothing works! It's the first time ever I have this kind of crashes with my pc...I have it for 1 year (GPU hd6970, CPU i52500k...it's not hardware's problem!).
I tried installing different Microsoft visual c++ x64 versions (i have w7 64bit os) but keeps freezing....
any help? i'm sad :(

PS: game starts beeing slow when I move quickly and there is lots of dead people on the screen...please help

You are not the only one with these issues.

I have similar problems. Intel onboard graphics, Asus Aspire One with 2GB. Have gotten the latest .net and disabled print spooler and steamworks!

Same for me, these are my specs:

Intel Core i5-2410M
Processor clock speed 2.3GHz
Memory 4GB
Graphics Processor Nvidia GeForce GT 540M
Graphics Memory 1,024MB

I can run borderlands 2/xcom/spec ops the line on medium or high settings with no problem so it's silly that hotline miami struggles so much!

Intel and Geforce seems to be a common denominator.. At least you can get your to start - I'm stuck with the slowmo prob. which there was supposed to be a solution for a month ago.. #Moneybackvalue
