360 Gamepad Issues?

Whenever I enable 360 Gamepad in the options, none of the controls work except the up/down axis in the menus and the Select key, which kicks me out of the menu and then exits the game. Anyone else having an issue?

Yep, totally busted, also couldn't use regular controls to change it back, even when restarting the game.

Same here, I'm using a wired 360 controller.

On a side note, at the end of the first stage, I get pop-up error messages of some sorts. o.o

Even with a restart and delete then reinstall, it won't accept other input than up/down on my 360 controller.

I already use this driver since several month.

Same problem as OP and the others.

Had to alt+tab out and kill the game with taskmanager.

Dear programmers... it is release-day. You know, at least the inputs should work properly!

Shame on you ;-P


BTW: Anyone knows how to change 360 to keyboard+mouse back? i am still stuck on 360... Don't want to download the game again.

same here .... you have to deinstall .... but you still have folder steam/...../common/ your hotline miamia fodler you have to delete it as well .... after this install again and it will work with your mouse and keyboard again ... but i gues it doesnt fixx the problem with the controller

np, but i want to know how you can set down the volume, cuz in the menu its pretty loud and i cant here anything in teamspeak :D
