Getting A+'s on All Levels Sucks
Is there anyway to know how many points you need on each level to get 100%?

Just be incredibly good. Like the describtion says: "Get a life".
I found out that if you use Carl (drill), you're 100% guaranteed to finish with an A+.
But it's not easy. It is not easy.
Otherwise plan a path and use Zack.

Simply go ahead doing combos, be fast, dont esitate and be brutal
Just aim for somewhere around 220% of the points needed to pass. Do combos whenever possible, preferably with executions, finish the levels as quickly as possible, and use high point value weapons like the bat relatives or throwing weapons for executions.

Nah, Zack is better for A+ in general. Check the scoreboards.

True, but those guys know the levels in and out and can predict enemy movement/shots off-screen. I doubt a lot of us le casual gamurs have the time or patience for that kind of practice (says the guy who attempted to beat Tension with a drill for two days straight, only to rage-Tony and somehow get an A+. Talk about irony.)

Yes, you got an A+ because you used combos, an implausibility with Carl's slow drill. Combos are the single best way to boost your score in this game. They are almost impossible to get with the drill, but much easier to get with a totipotent weapon like the bat, pipe, or golf club. In levels like Neighbors you can even use Zack to get a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 28x combo. Trust me, Zack is the single best mask for achieving an A+, because combos are the best technique to use for an A+, not to mention executions (which is why you think Carl is so great) because it gives you the extra time you need to execute and keep the combo window open.

Here's the combo I mentioned (thanks to Zack):

And here's another example (he could have carried the first floor through to the second for a 25x combo btw):

I agree that Zack is the best to rack up combos which bring you the most points. All I'm saying is that Carl can be used to get A+ as well, but it requires a different playstyle.

But it does not guarantee an A+. Try using Carl on Assault or Crackdown, it's a pain in the ass.

I KNOW. Read the thread! You keep telling me what I already said and I agreed with you.
I see that English probably isn't your first language, so alright, I think I see what you are saying. Zack is just as "100% guaranteed to finish with an A+" if not more, however.
Zack works well for most levels, just get used to pressing R a lot, and try and form a path so that you're able to combo kill everyone on a level, or close to it.

Stringing combos can be hard on some levels (Crackdown), so Carl is sometimes easier but I'd say go with Zack for the most part.
I managed to A+ every level using just Zack, generally by grabbing a knife and slicing everyone up as quickly as possible, while picking up executions wherever possible. If you're still falling short of points, get into the habit of attracting enemies' attention, knocking them down with your bare fists, then finishing them off with the nearest melee weapon. If your combos go into double digits, you're on the right track.
