try this
Right click on the game on your Steam Library , choose ' properties ' , click on BETAS , in the password box , put in ' hlm ' ( <-- Its an L not I ) and choose CHECK CODE. Then , click on the box thats above where you put in the password and choose ' Beta - Beta branch '. Play the game , let it download , and now you will be able to play.
