Punching the guys in the Prologue finally got me "Zoo Keeper". Thanks! Now that I think about it, a few of the other achievements didn't seem to trigger until my next act of unrelated violence. (using Beta build on Linux)

If it fails, you may want to try and use the beta version, which is known for solving many achievement problems (right-click on the game in Library -> Properties -> Betas, code is "hlm") :)

If I could, I'd high five you all so hard. Couldn't get "That's It?" for the life of me, but this worked and got me 100% achievements.
