Map loading bug

Hello,
I bought that game today, I have a problem in the Chapter 10 when I finish a floor (not the first at the beginning), like the map isn't loading.
I tried to reinstall it, remove tempsave.sav, nothing work.

I recorded it (sorry for the quality but the problem can be view and I removed parts where I died)
Also, it freezes (have to ctrl+alt+del to close it) when I press esc at this level.

I removed the save and redoing all missions.
At the part "No Talk", I had this bug again.
