game worth it?

Last week i bought the dreamcast collection on amazon and i hav 5$ credit for a select game. one which being this one so its only gonna cost me $2. And I just wanna know if its worth it because all i see in the forums are glitches, achievements not working, bugs, controls, and crashing. But then i see people praising the story. so?

It's not too broken. Other than the weird black bars, and no Steam overlay(which a lot complain about which is fixable by adding Hotline Miami as a non Steam game) it is pretty good. Some have had some problems with achievements not unlocking and stuff, but they are working on it.

It's a great game, probably one of my favorite purchases from last year. The story is interesting enough to make you want to pay attention to it, but at its core it's all about blowing the brains out of everyone you see.

this game is amazing. well worth it. especially at sale prices. if you look at this as an art piece its got such high value there its almost intimidating to even think of.. as for playing the game, the arcade style action is amazing.

It's awesome! I'm actually pleasantly surprised at how good it is. Picked it up hesitantly at 50% off and I don't regret it one bit. Very addictive and highly rewarding experience.

One of the best games of the year hands down. If there are any glitches, I never noticed them cause I was to busy enjoying myself XD

It's one of my favorite games this year, but I used a gamepad. I don't know how it works on the keyboard, but I would suggest it for a trippy and amazing experience.
