Level Editor?
This game is absolutely fantastic, granted, but it can't keep itself alive forever. Let's get a suggestions thread going for a community level editor!

I figure it should probably have three layers of stuff. Walls, Objects/Enemies, and Tiles, and should adopt a 'pallet' style configuration where you just pick the floor/wall you want and can drag it across areas. Oh, I suppose elevators would have to be worked in there too, somehow.. And stairs..

Somewhere I've read that the developer is considering this option for the future HM's DLC, or HM2. That would be sooooo great if they would manage to make this thing happen... It would have endless replayability value!

Exactly. The levels are well-designed and swell in their own right, but one can only replay the same few floors so many times before it's broken down into a science.

Yup, the game is pretty featureless, a map editor would improve it massively.

Agreed. This game is great fun but a level editor can make it even more replayable !

I finished HM just a few minutes ago and first thought of a level editor...good idea!!!

Oops, didn't see this thread. just made a new post about a level editor.

I was thinking that they could have the player make walls, windows, obstacles, weapon drops, and enemies and have the game automatically populate the level with art assets.
