Game Frequently Stalls, Requires Hard Reset.
This is driving me crazy. In the two hours that I've owned the game, I've encountered countless instances where the game would simply stop, the music would stutter endlessly, and I had no other option but to hard reset my computer.

I've never had this issue with any other game. It's unplayable, and though I dunno how computers work, I can't imagine hard resetting is healthy for my system. I've tried many of the recommendations on these forums, but nothing helps - the game simply doesn't work.

When I do manage to play the game between the stall-outs, it's oftentimes very choppy despite fraps claiming I'm getting 60fps.

Windows 7 64-bit
i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
AMD Radeon HD 6990
8 gigs RAM

Let me know if anyone has any sort of diagnosis or whether or not there are any fixes planned for down the road.

I get the choppiness a lot, though it would never completely freeze, and often times stuff on the floor wouldn't load, giving the ground that same slow-color-change appearance as the outside.

I've found that problem too, but only in the final credits roll, when it is saying the names of the publisher (I'm not sure about it, but it rolls the names in lines, just like in the movies), it just crashes, the same way your game does, music stutters and I can't close the game in any way. As well, I can't progress to the next chapter, when it crashes the game doesn't has the next chapter unlocked.

Here are my specs:

Windows 7 64-bit
i5 650
Radeon 6950 2GB
8 gigs RAM

Running into this as well. Locks up and requires a hard reset.
