There is only so much one can take
I'm gonna be blunt here, I really hate this whole situation. I recieved Hotline Miami as a birthday present and when i tried to play it, I got nothing but slow motion and barely playable boredom because of it.
I get developing a game is hard, I really do. I try to understand the situation the devs are placed in, and just how many of them there are, and just how hard it is to work with steam sometimes when it comes to patches and getting a game in working shape, I thank heaven that it isn't the xbox or we'd never get this fixed at all, but I really can't deal with this.
I didn't even pay for this game and i'm disappointed. I had such high hopes for this game, to play it, to experience difficult, fun gameplay that would either require me to think and plan my moves or simply twitch my way through rooms of bad guys. I wanted fun. But honestly all I've gotten is the sense that I wasted a friends money on what is essentially a waste of space on my hard drive.
I have tried every idea people have thrown at this forum, I have tried looking at ways to fix this, yet nothing has worked.
I want a playable game, I demand that.
I may have the idea of consumer entitlement thrust on this but you know what, you're damn right I'm entitled.
I'm entitled to a game that works, and at this point I am /demanding/ a game that works.

Still no fix for the stair bug. Im starting to think they had no intention of fixing any of these bugs, and they're just trying to wait until everyone forgets.

Get a better computer, then you can judge this game properly.

What have you tried and exactly what glitches or bugs are you getting. All you did was complain but you weren't specific enough about your issue, and thus nobody can really help you.

I've experienced some glitches myself, but I was able to fix all of them. Just a simple update of .NET framework (don't know why but I read it somewhere that it helps) and then unistalled, reinstalled and rebooted my computer. Since that it has worked NO PROBLEM at all. I went on to play and beat the game.

BTW, guy above me... "Get a better computer" I lmao'd at this.

The terrible slowdown that I've seen dozens of topics about and tried every idea that's given in them. I'm not gonna waste time making another thread about the same thing so I just made this one which isn't any more effective but I figured some kind of anger might get an answer about a problem I haven't even seen addressed.

Apparently a patch is being deployed tomorrow. It may fix your problem. Try it out when it's released and report back so the devs know.
