Beta Update

There is a beta for an update available now - simply right-click the game title, select Properties, and then go to the Betas tab to opt-in. Password is: hlm

Working on things like compatibility issues, windowed mode, leaderboards, etc. There will still be performance issues but if you encounter a major bug please post your issue and system specs with your comment!

Also, if you are a Linux user and own the game you can opt-in via the Linux Steam client as well. Same thing, please post major issues with system specs as we fine tune the game for Linux.

When I opt-in into beta it says "Successfully opted into the Beta" content beta", but the game doesn't appear in the linux games list and it doesn't install (not available for my platform message appears). After Steam client restart it says in the game properties window that I'm not opted in any beta.

Linux user here. for what it's worth, I'm also running into this. Just purchased Hotline Miami and "Successfully opted into" the beta branch, but doubleclicking it yields the same "not available for this platform" message.
