Just shoot those two dudes blind. Line up the shot, and move downwards while shooting. If you haven't got enough ammo for it, you may need to start the level again. Good luck.

Ive done this 100 times :D
Its just that you have to do the whole level BAREHANDEN for the archivement...but it was the wrong level anyway ^_^

I tried to do this but I picked up weapons to throw at guards, then killed everyone with fists. I didn't get an achievement, so I assume I cant throw bats, pipes at all?

If you really are on the 5th Stage ( ;D) then you mustnt PICK UP WEAPONS AT ALL :)

if you use doors to knock down the enemy, the game count this as you use a gun

Thanks :). I was just throwing bats like a mad man and battering them when they stood up :P

The achievement explicitly says you have to complete chapter five barehanded. This means you cannot throw any weapons because as soon as you pick up a weapon, you are no longer barehanded. It doesn't matter if you don't fire or swing the weapon, it's too late. I think you might be able to knock people down with doors, but doorkills using Don Juan definitely don't count. Finally, you HAVE to wear Tony the Tiger because Full House contains dogs, which can't be killed barehanded without this mask. (Plus you don't have to waste time executing everyone)
