Plain Luck Achievement
Where's the best place to throw the brick and hit 3 people? Its the only achieve I'm missing aside from get A life and its annoying me.

I recommend going to chapter 3, Decadence, knocking the mobsters one by one (but not killing) and throwing the weapons out of the building. They'll randomly walk around you, try till a brick spawns.
