A little help with Witcher 3 Achievement Bugs...

Hio Guys,

I recently got the patch for 1.07 for Witcher 3. I held off playing most of the end-game when I heard the control responses where being sorted.So I now have an issue with Achievement Bugs. I should have now the Mutant, Something More, King Is Dead and Full Crew. that's just the ones I know of that should have popped dring my last long play session. Is anyone else getting this? I've tried reloading from an earlier save (still a 1.07 though) and they're still not popping. Can anyone help?
