Games crashes often, any fix?
As the title says the game often just crashes and closes (most of the time when I'm finishing a level...). I often get the semi-crash, when I cant still play the game but things like ammo and score are hidden by a black box and the menu and scores are invisible. I sometimes get the 2/3 crash, where I can still "play" but can only see the background, no walls or enemies.

Any fix?

P.S.: I already reinstalled the game, fixed nothing.

This is an issue often happening with Original version. Updated version is more stable and should be used instead. If you still encounter this issue under Updated, you should update your graphics driver ;)

I am using the updated version and still having this problem. It only happens with this game though so I'm not sure about the driver tip. Thanks for the answer anyway, I appreciate it. ;)

It's a common OpenGL drawing problem with this game, it is related to your driver even if you don't have problem in other games (they might use an older OpenGL version or DirectX). My advice would still be to try to update your driver ;)

What is your hardware?

I have an NVIDIA GeForce GT 360M. I have been trying to upgrade my drivers but had no luck so far. Will keep trying. ;)

Thanks for the info!

You can download your driver here[www.nvidia.fr] (GeForce 300M series). By the way, make sure the game runs on your dedicated graphics card and not integrated, if you have switchable graphics. See this guide[support.lenovo.com].

I just upgraded my driver as you suggested. I also set my not integrated card as the default one partially following the guide you sent me. Is that a good idea or is it better to manually tell it which programs must use each one?

Also I have a question (hoping it is not too dumb). Since I have and integrated one as well as the other one, do they both work at the same time for the same process or does each program choses which one it uses?

Thank you for all your answers Skymirrh ;)

No they can't work at the same time, only one graphics card may be used concurrently. You must make sure the game runs with the high-end processor and not the integrated one and try again :)

Looks like you were right again, just checked and it was back to the default settings. Most likely because I changed the drivers after setting the options.
