Game crashes during Devolver Digital screen

So after I'm done gong through the box or whatever it's called I see the little 'see this icon to know when the game is saved' thing and then I see the Devolver Digital screen and then it says that "HotlineGL.exe has stopped working". Any help would be appreciated.
