Huge black boxes and blank subtitles

Alright, so when I start the game (in the tutorial room) the room is entirly black and white, along with the charatcers being black and white and everything having a large black box around it. The only colors seen are the lights in the rooms with the shotgun and machette and the blood. Also, when the man starts talking, all of the subtitles are white boxes with no words. Any help with solving this problem would be appreciated.

My game starts just fine but after a few deaths end up exactly like he described.

Hello, this is an issue with your graphics driver, I recommend updating it!

My drivers are fully up to date. I checked that thread and I disabled my Catalyst AI. Everything is game is running great so far. The colors are back and I can read the subtitles. Thanks so much!
