The devs said that Hotline Miami 2 MIGHT have a map editor in there.... so look out for that when they release.

i dont want to look out for it in number 2, i want them to add an easily accesible feature that is not that hard to add to their game that is out. the only reason they wouldnt is because community made content could take away sales from #2, which is a fair reason, but not coolio
