WIC Soviet Assault Not Working!!

I just downloaded both WIC and WIC Soviet Assault and when I click on either one to open and play the game keeps refreshing itself and will not start all the way up. I tried to uninstall SA and WIC opened up fine but when I reinstalled SA it starts doing the same thing.

I think if you have both installed it goofs it up. I could only get it to work with one or another installed, but not both.

SA has all the contents of original WiC anyways, just added the Soviet missions.

Well I just uninstalled the WIC and installed the WIC SA only and when I try to open it still acts like its loading but dosent. Neither work ...the WIC will come to the main page and then go black and stop responding.

I had to verify the cache integrity, then it re-downloaded about 6 files and then I had to fix the DX10 like this
C:\Users\(my profile)\Documents\World in Conflict open the game options.txt and change "myDX10Flag 1" to "myDX10Flag 0"

Pow is right about SA having all the orginal contents, You have to install both games, and delete the orginal WiC inorder to get SA to work, assuming that there isnt any other issues.

Установите WiC и также советское нападение. тогда удалите один или другой, ничего не выйдет с обоими устанавливал. Тогда проверите целостность тайника игры, это повторно загрузит 6 файлов. Тогда сделайте этот C:\Users \ (мой профиль) \Documents\World в Конфликте открывает игру options.txt и изменение 'myDX10Flag 1' к 'myDX10Flag 0'

This is absurd... I finaly got the game running, after verifying game cache and redownloading Soviet Assault again, that allowed me to get it started to menu, then when that crashed had to downgrade the direct x, played the first part of the campaign- went to extraction after setting explosives on AA missiles... and it crashed.

Crashed a few more times on trying to reload...

Verified Game Cache one more time... Then it starts to redownload the entire 1.3 gig SA package again...

Deleted Soviet Assault figuring at least I can play the first part.

That makes me download a 680mb patch ..

Click on Word in Conflict to play... installs direct X (that I just had to manually downgrade)...

Then tells me that I need Soviet Assault to play the game.... which means I have to redownload this game again, redownload the game.... and I am back to square 1 where the steam game box just keeps resetting itself, which tells me that I am going to have to verify again, and redownload the ♥♥♥ game again.... Then I might beable to reset the directx..

Are you friggen serious?

Удалил дополнение, заработал основной WIC. Удалять основной пока не буду...поиграю в него, ПОКА. А вообще-то разрабртчикам проблему решать надо...ИМХО, неприемлемо.

Всё удалил. Потом все установил. Потом все поочереди установил-удалил...ничего. Дополнение отказывается работать и всё тут!!!

Разобрался. Устанавливайте обе версии, затем удаляете основную и делаете проверку целостности кеша дополнения. После проверки будет докачено 1.3Gb (6 файлов). Всё запускается.
