Track plate ???
i need one more track plate to upgrade my armor but i dont know where i can find it.

If you do missions in Military City, there's a ladder in the middle of the sewer that goes down into an area full of pyro guys. At the bottom is a gap that you can roll into that leads you to a room with a guaranteed Track plate in addition to a unit of Tungsten and Phosphorous.

Or just kill raid rover and get 1~3 from bonus rewards (in addition to raid rover possibly dropping one).
