No you can't

You can only subtract the points if you haven't fully unlocked a card.

Once it's unlocked, you can't go back.

Just do some more heists and unlock the whole tree, or then switch trees.

Mastermind looks like the go to one for loud.

Yeah, its a bit confusing.

Its like the tier bonus before this patch, but you don't have to be in a specific skilll tree to get them.

So you can have a Ghost Skill Tree, but with Armorer Perks

You choose which deck you want to equip, and can switch freely between them.

This pretty much, only one deck can be "equipped" at a time, if the deck isn't "equipped" then the bonuses won't apply, so in theory you could have your 4 decks all maxed and swap between them at will, according to some rumors, perks also don't reset when you go infamous, which could give you massive bonuses early on, as of right now though... yeah we have some work to do to get some actual use out of em...

I was pretty much gonna call this the second-best thing that ever happened to PD2 (after XP buff) until I saw that, actually. Now I'm wondering why anyone would ever do anything other than suit or CTV/ICTV, since the dodge penalty on even the light vest is prohibitive. I already miss Heavy Vest + Bulletproof + Dodge.
