Why, just why.
Why does everyone kick lower ranked players...That's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded. I am now infamy 3 and every time i become infamous again, i have to deal with players that kick me. So until i'm level +- 75 i will get kicked from half of the death wish games. Even by players who aren't even infamous themselves. I started doing infamy because i didn't want to get kicked anymore, it did quite the opposite. I mean on most of the missions that i don't get kicked on, i do better than the host. And i have a better concealment rate almost always...

Well, if there would be a solution to this. One that involves... you... and... hosting. Like... I dunno... you hosting your games yourself?

That's why. People are going to kick low levels from death wish jobs. It's not to say that you suck at it, it's because there's a lot of other people that do. Nobody wants to take the risk and think, "Maybe this one guy is decent." And even if they do, you still don't have to skill points/some weapons that a higher level has. They might as well take a higher level who has a better build and can help the team more. Could also be that they aren't good, and they want higher levels to carry them through it.

Again, not your fault, but they aren't unreasonable for thinking a low isn't going to be useful.

It mostly has to do with in-game skills. Lower players have few tools to bring to the crew and it's almost always better to bring a fully upgraded equipment bag, higher dodge rate or buffed weapons. On top of that, DW is designed for players at level 80+ who have experience with the heist and access to just the right tools. There are definitely ways to complete a DW heist with few skill points and even strange/bad weapon choices, but most players would rather have a safe bet than take risks with lower level Infamy players.

About the "hosting games yourself".
The games that i'm talking about are for the ones that i don't have the dlc for. The other ones i will obviously host myself if needed. But since i don't have the money to buy every single dlc Overkill poops out, i have to join random games. And those are the ones that i get kicked from

And about the in-game skills. I am talking about easy stealth missions for some exp. Some of these don't require late-game skils.

Suggest trying to find people to play with in Crews & Clans subforum and this subreddit. People are people, they host the game, they set the rules. If they don't like playing with random "low-level" (by their understanding) people - not a lot you can do about it.

You may have the skill, but not the skillpoint. Possibly.
DW is about perfect minmaxing. Short of sneaky bastard with rogue or grinder or ICTV, and good deployables, I am not stepping into a DW game.

Can you do better than me?

And having a better concealment rate does not do you any justice. We have videos on youtube proving that people could solo stealth Firestarter Day 2 and Election Day Plan C (first half) with 75 detection ratings.
