Can't get Reshade to work

I have installed a preset and reshade as I always do but for some reason it isn't loading when I start Payday 2. I have installed ReShade64 and renamed it to d3d9.dll but all of reshade including the preset doesn't load when I start the game.

Any ideas why?

My guess is that some Reshades and SweetFX's doesn't work with some drivers \ cards.


Reshade hangs my ArmA3, for example, SweetFX breaks my Killing Floor.

Reshades work on my PC for GTAV & DCUO so Cities Skylines should be no different.
