I'm not great at making titles like a normal person, alright?

So, you're playing PAYDAY 2 and, suddenly, there's only one last person alive! (It doesn't have to be you, but I imagine you would only remember when you did it.) So they try so hard to complete the heist or assault wave, but they do one thing -- the tiniest little thing -- and then...

They blew it. They messed up because of that little mistake.

That's what this thread is all about. What was the biggest blunder you've done/seen during a heist and ultimately resulted in the heist failing?

My personal experience comes from White Xmas. We were there for some time and, as we hadn't known, some 4-6 bulldozers spawned, well... ...you can probably guess what happened to me after that.

Making 24 bags of meth all by yourself and then failing 25th bag and deniyng "Kiss the chef" achievement for the entire lobby, that's my biggest PD shame

I remember one heist here a guy got tazed down. Couldn't blame him, he had the saw equipped and the Tazer wasn't close enough to be Tazed. Don't remember the heist, probably one of the Banks.

On my profile in my videos. Big Oil DW Fail video. Two of us got day 1 done come day 2 we invited pubs for a spectactular epic failure. This was back when there was only infamy V and I'm not sure we had perk decks yet. Screw inviting nuggets to fill up slots at the last day of the mission.

I have a bad habit of going yolo when im last mand standing. Not always, but often. I end up dying with the rest of the grp cus i try to rez em in a bullet storm..

I get the derps when I'm about to win while playing solo; my brain seems to turn off its tactics and not-doing-crazy-♥♥♥♥ departments as soon as the escape is available, and that has resulted in me getting downed a couple of feet away from the van more times than I'd like due to ignoring snipers, or trying to move that last bag instead of waiting out the assault.

Yeah, I think there were 2 others that were downed before he got kicked.

Hmm i'd say the most common one is someone who decides to revive someone while a cloaker is still on top of them. Then gets kicked down themselves and it leaves 50% of the team down.

But is there a special one you can remember? One that made you think: "Wow... That was so impressively awful that I can't even stand to play the game for the rest of the night." (Or something along those lines.)
