Low FPS? AMD 7850 2GB
Getting low but constant framerate, feels like 15 - 20 FPS.
Specs:
AMD 7850 2GB
FX 4100 4.6Ghz
8GB RAM
500GB HDD
Win 7 64bit
Tried different resoltuions, graphics settings, etc, wierd thing is, using MSI Afterburner overlay it says that i'm running at 100 - 120FPS, yet it is clearly lower, with sluggish mouse movement, and massive screen tearing and a poor low framerate. Any ideas?

turn down your max FPS in game settings to 60 and turn on VSYNC

PS - nice overclock. not a super fast processor but that overclock is nice :D

Will give it a go, and yeah thanks, with a Freezer A30 Air cooler i'm hitting 40C under full load... :)

Nope, still no luck, still very laggy and unresponsive, VSYNC with same settings makes it even worse... :/

Any ideas, how can i mid performance setup perform so badly? :(

I read one person with the same card did this

Go to the render settings xml
<variable name="max_anisotropy" value="1"/>
<variable name="texture_quality_default" value="high"/>

Another possible solution

Uninstall 13.4
REBOOT
Install 13.1 (yes the older one)
REBOOT

And that fixed it? Will give it a try...

If your CPU has one of those low-power gfx card in it, the AMD drivers might not be switching to your powerful gfx card.
