Buy Campaign
I click the buy campaign button in game for 19.99 and the wheels just spin and spin forever. What to do?

I suggest you don't buy the campaign, there are too many problems in this game, bugs are not fixed yet, no more future developement, the campaign pack is just repeating missions, lots of players have regretted for paying it.

Please make sure that Settings --> In-game--> "Enable Steam Community ingame" is active, then you should be able to get the campaign in-game. You might also be interested in the Shadow and Ivan DLCs though which you can find in the Steam Shop.

OMG!!! TAKE A LOOK HERE!! Finally a developer has replied a question on forum.......!!!
When a player has A PROBLEM OF PAYING them! they answer it! And he didn't forget to suggest you to pay more $ for other useless DLC packs, to get more money from you. All other feedbacks and questions on this forum were ignored, incredilbe isn't it?

Usually, we always respond to any issues stated on the forum, either in a personalzed way or in the thread itself. Please don't mistake support with any money-making methods you might know from other companies or games.

This is NOT TRUE, usually you dont respond to any issues stated on the forum, if you respond it, it's all temporized answers ("We have recieved your feedbacks, we will get back to you soon"), without any certain plans for improving the game.

I purchased the game and enjoy it. I don't have any personal needs to contact anyone at this point. I'm sorry for your troubles.

This is a thread that represent one thing very important in JAO:

If you have any problem of buying this game, the developers will help you as soon as they can, and after that, they won't reply for any other feedbacks anymore, because they got your money!
