23.07.2013 - Lost items
Dear all,

we had an issue which could have caused some players the loss of some of their items. We have identified and fixed the root cause to ensure that it won't happen again.
We would like to ask everyone who was impacted to mail our support team at
jao-support@cliffhanger-productions.com. Please include your JAO company name and the items that went missing.

We apologize for the trouble and promise that we will get your lost stuff back to you as soon as possible.
