28.06.2013 - Lost items
Dear all,

we had an issue which could have caused some players the loss of some of their items. We have identified and fixed the root cause to ensure that it won't happen again in the future.
We would like to ask everyone who was impacted to mail our support team at jao-support@cliffhanger-productions.com. Unfortunately this can't be fixed during the weekend, so we escalated this to number one priority on Monday morning with our support team, so please bear with us.
