Account issues ?
Login the game later, my mercenaries has been read status, can‘t continue the game.
What's the problem?

Where exactly do you get red status (I assume that is what you are talking about)? When did you last login?

Problems that I can think of without knowing any specifics:
  • If you deploy a mercenary into the mission roster his equipment info is red: This means you have equipment on your merc that he can't use yet. You have to find usable equipment for him in this case.
  • You can't deploy mercs anywhere because your merc contract is expired (Stopwatch on the merc). This means that the contract is expired. Just open your mercs inventory go to the skills tab where you can find the renew contract buttons, or hire a different merc.
  • Your merc has zero health (This was a bug a long time ago and should not happen for anyone in a long time). If that is the case please contact our support.

English is not my mother tongue,is too difficult for me
I can't describe my problem.But not because of mercenary contract expired or can not use the equipment.my mercenaries and equipment can not be used, even the icons are not

The only thing I can confirm that I can login the game, but not to fight, chat, because my mercenaries and weapons warehouse does not show.

My friend said that is the character data in the loss account,I can offer my account and the name of the company,Hope to provide help

Thanks that was enough information for us to investigate this issue.
(Our mother tongue isn't english either so we know that it can sometimes be hard to describe it)
