Store Issues
I seem to be having trouble only with the in game store. I can play the game fine though I have no idea about multiplayer. The issue seems to only arise when I attempt to enter the in game store, it says the process has failed and I should check my connection. My connection however is fine. Any ideas as to what's going on and how I could solve it?

You might need to look through your computer for your FT folder and delete the fils in there so the game can reload them. Just don't delete the slots and stats files.

What are the right files to delete? I got into the Frontline Tactics folder in my computer but I don't see the 'slots' or 'stats' files you speak of. Sorry for being difficult.

C:\Users\Your Profile\AppData\Roaming\Full Control\FT should be the file you need to access.
The last few files should be Slots.bk and the like. Keep those last few files.

I actually uninstalled the game a while ago, so I don't remember everything exactly.

i am also having the same issue.
from the menu screen, there's a box in the bottom corner that says "Anonymous" & "No Connection"
i've just unlocked a map but it has a minimum of 3 in a squad and i can't buy my 3rd unit because i can't connect.
as with Fluffy, i've checked my connection and it's fine.

btw, i'm playing this on a Mac, so i don't even know what files i'm supposed to delete as per Umbrella Incorporated's suggestion.
