All we can do now is wait...

T'en fais pas pour tes points, impossible que les profils aient été effacés, sûrement juste un problème temporaire. Sinon epic fail et tout le monde va se barrer :D

ok, my character's gone too, what is goin on, i log on, hes there. one second later, i get booted to the character creator. this is crap!

There was/is a server outage. Your characters still exist, the issue is that there is some disconnect between the login server and the main server.

Some people are saying they can get back in to the game now, but I haven't checked yet myself. I took this as a sign I played enough for today. =p

Same. I tried after few hours and the characters were back. Now I cant launch Planetside. I guess servers are down. But I'm sure our characters aren't deleted.

This is just a bug. I had mine deleted 2 hours ago too but now they are working.

My high level character has been gone for a while now. Haven't seen him since. That's exactly why I refuse to put any money into this game.

I haven't tried it since I was dissapointed with the update, so I don't know whether that's everyone or just a few on these servers/all servers
